Unlimited strength encryption

If Bouncy Castle is not an option, and you must use "Java Cryptography Extension (JCE) Unlimited Strength Jurisdiction Policy" the typical advice is to install Oracle Java rather than OpenJDK and download the unlimited strength JCE. However, this may not be neccessary:
